Background Information:   Before starting my recruitment career at FP Global, I earned my degree in Psychological Science and Business from Monash University. I then spent a year as an HRBP in a growing tech company, gaining insights into employee relations, talent management, and strategic HR practices. I slowly learned that I gain the biggest satisfaction in connecting ambition with opportunity. 

Career Advice:  I often remind myself of Seth Godin’s famous words: “ If it scares you, it might be a good thing to try.”  This applies to everything from seeking advice from your leader to making a bold career pivot.

Embracing discomfort can lead to growth and open doors to unexpected opportunities, because at the end of the day, "no" often just means "not yet."
