Stage 1: Role Definition 

Our clients complete a Job Survey with us to define the behaviours and personalities that they believe are quintessential to the hire.

Stage 2: Research Phase

We dedicate a search team to screen, interview, assess and benchmark all proposed candidates before recommending to our clients, to achieve as close an experience and cultural fit as possible.

Stage 3: Bespoke Testing & Assessment 

We coordinate and deliver all search projects using a tailored assessment process fundamentally based around three assessment levels – Background & Experience, Behavioural Matching and Key Competency Assessment.

Stage 4: Interview and Offer

We introduce efficiency in the interview process when our clients have reviewed these candidates' assessments and performances. We recommend our clients to hire only when they are certain that they have found the right candidate for the job.

Stage 5: Hire with Confidence

We have partnered with an independent employment verification platform to empower our clients to make smarter and safer hiring decisions.
