About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global offshore services provider to assist in identifying a Manager/Senior Manager for their Business Development team in Greater China. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand market share within the fiduciary and corporate services space. The position will involve working closely with a highly skilled team and contributing to ambitious revenue and business expansion targets.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies in the Greater China market, focusing on generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  • Manage a pipeline of clients across sectors such as asset management, banking, private wealth, legal, and corporate services.
  • Promote a full range of services, including offshore corporate structuring, fund administration, and fiduciary services.
  • Assist in pitching offshore investment fund and trust services, as well as offshore structuring for IPOs and M&A deals.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, engagement letters, and client communication to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and administrative departments, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Play a critical role in market strategy development for Greater Chinai, focusing on expanding the client base and achieving revenue targets.
  • Participate in local events, marketing initiatives, and compliance projects as required.
  Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in a business development role within the corporate services or fiduciary industry.
  • Proven track record in business development, particularly with lawyers, bankers, asset managers, and corporate services providers.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore corporate structures and relevant jurisdictions such as BVI and Cayman Islands.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in Putonghua and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
