Position: Corporate Secretarial Manager/Senior Manager About the Role
Our client is a leading provider of corporate services across Asia-Pacific and emerging market. They are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Manager/Senior Manager to join their expanding team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of Singapore companies while providing technical expertise and guidance on corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and handle a portfolio of Singapore companies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards
- Provide corporate secretarial services including company incorporations, annual filings, and board meeting coordination
- Prepare board packs, attend board meetings, and draft minutes for client companies
- Advise clients on corporate secretarial matters and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks while implementing best practices
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation
Requirements:
- ICSA/CSIS qualification or a law degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of corporate secretarial experience in accounting, corporate secretarial, or legal firms
- Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in corporate secretarial software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
