We are seeking a commercially driven professional with a deep understanding of fund services to join their team as a Director, Commercial & Client Solutions . The ideal candidate will have experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or financial solutions , with the ability to engage institutional clients and provide value-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand relationships with institutional clients in the fund services sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth through solution-based engagement.
  • Manage and optimize client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with fund accounting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Understand market trends, client challenges, and regulatory changes to provide strategic advice.
  • Represent the firm in industry discussions, positioning the business as a trusted fund services partner.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within fund administration, fund services, or financial solutions .
  • Deep expertise in Private Equity and Real Estate fund structures and operations
  • Strong understanding of fund operations, accounting, and compliance .
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
