About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst
to join their team. This individual will be pivotal in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Oversee the full set of accounts, including day-to-day financial operations such as receivables, payables, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
- Ensure timely preparation of quarterly GST filings and monthly payroll.
- Handle quarterly MAS
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Support internal and external audits, as well as income tax preparation.
- Assist in operating budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Contribute to various business initiatives as required, ensuring effective financial planning and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, bank/broker reconciliations, and financial resources computation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
