Key Responsibilities
- Lead fund operations, including fund management, administration, and reporting.
- Manage operational aspects of deal execution, such as entity setup, investment structuring, and tax planning.
- Oversee relationships with key service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, and custodians.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (AML/KYC, tax filings, audits).
- Prepare accurate and timely investor reports, including fund performance updates.
- Develop scalable operational processes to support the firm’s growth.
- Manage fund cash flows, capital calls, and treasury operations.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with investment, finance, compliance, and investor relations teams.
- Minimum 8 years in fund operations within funds, investment banks, or family offices.
- Strong knowledge of fund structures, deal execution, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; CPA or CFA is a plus.
