Position Overview:

The role will spearhead the launch and growth of a new business unit, overseeing all aspects of business expansion. This includes developing strategic plans, building a high-performing team, driving sales, and creating new business opportunities. Reporting directly to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, you will lead the company's efforts to achieve ambitious growth targets and ensure long-term success.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive the success of the new business segment.
  • Build and lead a high-performance team from the ground up to execute growth initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and form strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and meeting revenue and cost targets.
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through strong relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Manage IT platform development to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (MBA or MS preferred).
  • 10-15 years of leadership experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in PropTech, FinTech, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic plans and lead business expansion.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and emerging opportunities in real estate or fintech.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Established industry network and ability to form key strategic partnerships.
