Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to support their senior team members in their marketing and fundraising activities. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of their marketing efforts and maintaining high standards of client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with various members of the sales and project management teams on Private Equity, Real Assets, and Real Estate funds.

  • Research and prepare briefing notes for investor meetings.

  • Utilize CRM systems to record all calls, meetings, and new contacts.

  • Manage calendars for the team, including arranging meetings, making lunch and dinner reservations, and organizing conference calls.

  • Create and prepare reports for information management.

  • Circulate information, reports, meeting notes, and other summaries internally and to clients.

  • Arrange and book travel as necessary.

  • Handle general administration tasks such as compiling, submitting, and monitoring expense claims for the team.

  • Manage logistics for roadshows throughout Asia and occasionally internationally, including arranging travel, producing detailed itineraries, and updating the project management team and clients on confirmed meetings and logistics.

  • Assist in distributing marketing materials as requested.

  • Ensure marketing materials and fund information are sent out in a timely manner.

  • Verify meeting and call notes are correctly entered in Salesforce, spell-checked, and formatted.

  • Arrange investor and client conference calls.

  • Take on the role of Lead Marketing Associate when familiar with the business and processes.

Person Specification/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

  • Capable of working with limited supervision.

  • Maturity is essential.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a proactive and diligent attitude.

  • Quick learner with a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under stress to meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in working across cultures and time zones with global offices.

  • Strong calendar management experience and confident with arranging complex travel itineraries for external clients and internal sales team.

  • Ability to work with high-demand clients remotely with calm, composure, and precision.

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and suggest appropriate solutions.

  • Ultimate “can-do” attitude.

  • Experience as an assistant or working in an administrative capacity.

Preferred but Not Required:
  • Experience in a sales environment.

  • Knowledge of a CRM application and an aptitude to learn how to use such a system (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Experience in the finance industry.
