Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of investment opportunities across real estate and alternative investments.
- Research and evaluate potential investments.
- Generate investment ideas and optimize investment processes.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Recommending investment and disposal decision and ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management.
- Track and analyse portfolio performance against benchmarks and industry standards.
- Conduct due diligence on investment managers, funds, and direct investments
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and investment strategies.
- Support adhoc tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- CFA certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 6 years of experience in Private Equity/ Venture Capital/ Asset Management firms/ Family Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in financial modelling and analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate about the investment space and knowledgable on financial market.
